3. All images including logos remain the property of Posh Print Designs and cannot be reproduced in any way without the consent of Posh Print Designs prior to reproduction.
4. Your details are protected by a SSL (secure socket layer) on this site, however Posh Print Designs does not accept responsibility in the unlikely event that your details are accessed by a third party whilst transacting.

Pricing
All pricing on Posh Print Designs Website is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Posh Print Designs reserves the right to change without notice.

Ordering
Posh Print Designs products can be ordered via our secure shopping cart system where all you personal details are kept private and confidential. If this for what ever reason does not suit your needs, you can order using fax or phone. See contact details for further information.

Payment
Payment will be accepted by credit card (Mastercard and Visa), Direct deposit, cheque or money order. In the event where payment is via money order or cheque, products will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Delivery
Products will be dispatched via Australia Post for Australia Wide delivery. Please expect a 2-5 business day turn around once the item is dispatched. We also use Australia post air mail for international orders which will take 3-10 working days for delivery of item(s). Items will be dispatched within 3-4 days of payment.

Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items will be listed on the website, however in the event that an item is unavailable after purchase online, we will contact you immediately to notify you of this. You will have the option to choose an alternative product or the item will be placed on backorder and we will inform you when that item will become available.

Refunds and Exchanges
Every item is checked for faults prior to dispatch, however, should an item appear damaged or faulty upon receipt of goods, the customer is to notify Posh Print Designs within 4 days and we will arrange a replacement item if deemed faulty or damaged.
Should an item be the incorrect size, please return within this time period and we will send the correct sized item to you. Please ensure all tags remain intact on clothing item. Please note refunds are NOT available on sale items unless deemed damaged or faulty.
